REPORT: Trump Threatens Putin with Nuclear War Over the Release of Secret Sex Tapes

by: Roger McDowell

Apart from the United States, the Russian government has access to significant nuclear capabilities.  The Russians last detonated a nuclear warhead called Tsar Bomba on October 30th, 1961 in what was and still remains the largest nuclear explosion in history.

The United States remains the only country in the world that has deployed nuclear weapons in an act of war, and has since signed multiple treaties against further testing, however, a nuclear strike does still rest within the executive capabilities of the US President, should the situation merit.

It is unclear what response might occur from the Russians, should such an attack take place.  Military expert opinion ranges anywhere from Russian imposed sanctions all the way up through mutually assured destruction.

We will update this story as needed, should further developments arise.
